This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, including staff leadership, quality and compliance oversight, blood product management, technical troubleshooting, competency programs, and continuous performance improvement. Support high-complexity transfusion services, including antibody investigations/workups, massive transfusion protocols, blood product management, and specialty transfusion testing , as applicable.
