This position supports patient care in a call center by acting as a liaison between laboratory sections and the caregivers providing direct patient care, including reference client sites, and works with units within the department of pathology to resolve emergent and complex issues. Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics is home to the largest laboratory in NH, providing Pathology and Clinical Laboratory services to DHMC and Clinics physician practices, Dartmouth Health member hospital, as well as to independent practices and hospitals throughout NH and VT.
