Key Responsibilities: * Identify and troubleshoot batch QC result abnormalities and take action as able * Test all production samples as required - following SOPs as defined, performing test methods accurately, and recording all test results * Support project and continuous improvement work as needed to help maintain project timelines * Understand customer requirements and determine adjustments for batches as needed * Collaborate with other QC teams, production, and technical groups to independently disposition batches * Maintain all laboratory equipment and perform required calibrations as assigned * Utilize immediate production and project needs to prioritize daily activities * Maintain lab ancillary inventory, daily material stocking needs, and contribute to 6S * Understand, support, and maintain Delaware's Quality Management System requirements * Support Departmental X matrix action items as assigned * Completion of development plans in entirety * Execution of RCA tasks as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required * Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering preferred * 1 year of academic or professional laboratory experience and proven ability to accurately apply laboratory methods * Ability to work night shift (3rd shift) * Ability to work weekends as dictated by business need * Ability to work additional overtime as determined by business If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
