In addition, the Contracts Analyst/Construction Paralegal will be responsible for supporting other compliance-related matters such as submitting insurance claims, completing prequalification documents, processing payment and performance bonds, managing outside litigation (with attorney assistance), preparing legal documents, demand letters, and overseeing / assisting with the company’s business, contractor, and corporate licensing programs. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that contract management supports business objectives.
