Key Responsibilities:Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and supplies Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment Operate basic hand tools and equipment following safety guidelines Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and handling materials Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently Transport materials within work sites using appropriate methods Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Report any hazards or incidents promptly to management Maintain cleanliness of tools and work areas throughout shifts ExperiencePrior experience in general labor, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in physically demanding environments Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles is advantageous
