Cuts grass, weeds, trees, shrubs, and brush; cleans culverts, drains and ditches; moves, assists with digging post holes and ditches, loads and unloads materials, supplies and equipment; hauls or carries sand, lumber, asphalt and cement or other materials; occasionally operates forklift or tractor. Assist in general maintenance and repair of building and grounds to include but not limited to: moving, loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment; picking up materials from suppliers; mixing concrete or mortar; light construction; moving furniture, medical equipment, etc.
