li>Work with and assist higher graded employees, independently perform general building maintenance tasks and functions including, but not limited to painting, grounds keeping, housekeeping, fencing, installing signs, floor/wall/ceiling repairs, general laborer activity, hand excavating, and installation of minor assets. By means of, including, but not limited to painting, carpentry, general labor, plumbing, HVAC/R, pipe fitting, tinning, welding, millwright work, operation of boilers and compressed air systems, operation of waste water systems, operation of process water systems, within the individual's skill set and/or with proper training.
