The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of custodial services at Joint Base Charleston in strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Service Summary (SS), and applicable Department of the Air Force (DAF), DoD, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
