Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering plus 2 years of relevant experience in any or all of the following areas: civil engineering, site design, utility design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment pollution control; including private-sector site/civil engineering experience - OR demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience + EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in Pennsylvania. In this role, you would be responsible for working in a team environment with Highway Engineers, Landscape Architects, Building Architects, Structural Engineers and Aviation Project Managers to develop engineering designs for both public and private sector clients, including commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-use retail, office, and more.
