Our unit is staffed 24 hours per day by a highly specialized multidisciplinary team which includes board certified neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, neonatal nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, lactation specialists, and pediatric subspecialists. The Assistant Director of Patient Care plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Patient Care in overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient centered nursing services within a designated unit or department.
