As a result, the Company will not compensate employees for such time (b) If employees on unrestricted on-call time respond to authorized calls to work, the Company will pay the employees their overtime hourly rate for time spent responding to authorized calls to work, including time spent traveling to and from work, or a minimum of two hours, whichever is greater (c) In the event employees are unable to respond, employees should as a courtesy notify the acting supervisor and/or manager, so that the Company can make other arrangements.
