The employee frequently is required to stand, (for up to 8 eight hours), walk (occasionally on rough terrain/in varying weather conditions), climb, use manual dexterity to operate tools used in the course of work, hear sufficient to hear conversations in person, and via telephone and radio, and vision sufficient for distance sight and to read diagrams, computer screens, manual reports, rules, regulations, laws, and plans. Schedule and oversee regular, periodic, and seasonal maintenance and care of all properties; schedule and implement regular maintenance tasks such as pruning, irrigation, pest control, and coordinate lawn, pool, fountain, and lighting care, including sourcing vendors and ensuring best pricing.
