<h1><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong><br/>We are looking for dependable and hardworking <strong>Landscape Laborers</strong> to join our team in the Beaver County area. This role involves hands-on work in landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and lawn care. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in a job well done, and can work effectively as part of a team.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br/><strong>Landscape Maintenance</strong></p><ul><li>Perform general landscaping tasks such as mulching, weeding, edging, and planting</li><li>Trim and shape shrubs, bushes, and small trees with proper pruning techniques</li><li>Assist with seasonal cleanups, including leaf removal and bed preparation</li></ul><p><strong>Hardscape Installation</strong></p><ul><li>Support installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features</li><li>Prepare job sites by digging, leveling, and laying base materials</li><li>Load/unload materials and operate hand and power tools safely</li></ul><p><strong>Lawn Care</strong></p><ul><li>Mow lawns using commercial mowers; trim edges and clean up debris</li><li>Maintain a neat and professional appearance on all properties</li></ul><p><strong>Team Support & Safety</strong></p><ul><li>Follow instructions from crew leaders, foreman  and project managers</li><li>Maintain tools and equipment in clean, working order</li><li>Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is a plus, but not required—willing to train the right candidate</li><li>Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions</li><li>Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic</li><li><strong>Valid driver’s license REQUIRED</strong></li></ul><p><br/><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Typical hours are Monday–Friday </li><li>Outdoor work environment with exposure to weather, noise, and physical labor</li></ul><p><br/><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay, based on experience</li><li>Highmark Insurance available</li><li>401 K  Retirement available</li><li>Overtime opportunities during busy season</li><li>Direct deposit on a bi-weekly basis</li><li>On-the-job training and career growth potential</li><li>Clothing and safety gear provided</li></ul></h1>
