A qualified candidate will have a minimum of one-year residential apartment maintenance experience including the following areas: HVAC, heat pump repair, appliance repair, electrical circuits, electrical controls, volt ohm test equipment, refrigeration, carpentry, dry-wall repair, painting, locks, plumbing, concrete and paving repairs, residential sewer systems, welding, soldering/brazing, piping, roof repairs, and landscaping. Major responsibilities include common area and exterior building maintenance, "make ready process" for vacant units, professional and effective communication with residents, completing service requests, scheduling routine maintenance, HVAC repair, preventive maintenance and risk management.
