The Assistant General Manager partners closely with the General Transportation Manager to drive operational excellence across transportation planning, fleet readiness, safety, compliance, associate development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for helping ensure the safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective movement of freight while delivering exceptional service to stores, clubs, customers, and supply chain partners.
