Performs unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on roads, buildings, grounds, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, equipment vehicles and lake structures; assists with building and repair of fences, gates, sheds, buildings and other woodworking related projects. Typical duties include unskilled and semi-skilled grounds and facility maintenance work such as routine gardening and landscaping, road and concrete maintenance, minor carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs, cleaning of restrooms, and visitor services such as fee collection and customer relations.
