You will be working alongside a<br/>dedicated team, operating heavy machinery, and using power tools to<br/>bring our projects to life. We pride ourselves on our commitment to<br/>exceeding client expectations and maintaining a safe and efficient<br/>worksite.<br/>## Responsibilities<br/>- Assist in all aspects of landscape construction projects, including<br/> building, assembling, and planting.<br/>- Prepare job-sites prior to the beginning of a project.<br/>- Operate various tools and equipment safely and responsibly.<br/>- Perform regular preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.<br/>- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for<br/> projects.<br/>- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly jobsite at all times.<br/>## Qualifications<br/>- Minimum of 1 year experience in the landscape/construction industry.<br/>- Proficiency in operating required equipment and tools.<br/>- Effective verbal and written communication skills.<br/>- Strong time management skills.<br/>- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<br/>- Willingness to receive training and learn proper installation<br/> techniques, efficient jobsite operations, and equipment/vehicle<br/> operation.<br/>- Physical ability to walk, stand, and crouch for long periods of time<br/> and carry out strenuous tasks.<br/>## Compensation<br/>Starting wage range for this position is<strong>$19-$25/hr,depending on<br/>experience</strong><br/>## Benefits<br/>- Paid holidays<br/>- 5 days paid vacation time during the first year<br/>- 10 days paid vacation off after 12 months<br/>- Paid sick time<br/>- Dental Insurance<br/>- Medical/wellness contribution<br/>- Cell phone stipend<br/>- Simple IRA with up to 3% company contributionafter 12 months<br/>- Company provided PPE<br/>###### Offered compensation:<br/>###### $19/hr - $25/hr<br/>##### Experience and License Requirements<br/>- Landscape/construction - 1 yr (optional)<br/>- Ability to operate equipment/tools (optional)<br/>- Effective communication skills (written/verbal) (optional)<br/>- Ability to lift 50lbs (optional)<br/>- Valid Driver's License (optional)<br/>
