Imagination Landscapes, a division of Oasis Lawncare, is seeking an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team in Springfield. This is a full-time position for a motivated leader with comprehensive knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and crew supervision.Position OverviewThe Landscaping Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, manage crews, and ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Responsibilities:
Prime, Inc. is looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual to attend to various farm responsibilities.  This position will involve maintenance of outside grounds and farm stable, including maintenance of lawns, shrubs, irrigation system, flower beds, and lawn equipment; and general building/maintenance repairs by performing the following duties: <ul><li><div style="margin:0px">Care for horses and/or stables as directed by the Farm Manager.</div></li><li>Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns.</li><li>Weed and mulch landscapes.</li><li>Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees.</li><li>Remove dead, damaged, or unwanted trees.</li><li>Maintain fence work as directed by the Farm Manager.</li><li>Seasonal work may include projects such as Christmas lights, washing windows, snow removal, salting sidewalks and/or pavement, mowing, trimming, and yard waste removal.</li><li>May be required to climb and work off of a ladder, operate various farm equipment, and drive company vehicles.</li></ul>Schedule - 7am - 4:30pm, at least one weekend day required. 

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: KnowledgeGrounds and Farm maintenance experience is strongly preferred. Also understanding how to use and operate lawn care equipment is helpful. AbilitiesMust have a strong work history. The work can be repetitive and physically demanding. Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers. Must be able to work independently and also part of a team environment. Experience, Education, and TrainingHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical RequirementsThis position requires constant standing, walking, forward reaching, pedal control and grasping; frequent head turning, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, handling, climbing and reaching. Candidate must be able to lift and carry 75lbs and also push and pull a push mower seasonally. Working EnvironmentBoth indoor and outdoor working environment with exposure to varying weather conditions and chemical odors. Licensing/CertificationMust have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work. Miscellaneous RequirementsCandidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
