This is a full-time position for a motivated leader with comprehensive knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and crew supervision.Position OverviewThe Landscaping Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, manage crews, and ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Knowledge Grounds and Farm maintenance experience is strongly preferred. Also understanding how to use and operate lawn care equipment is helpful. Abilities Must have a strong work history. The work can be repetitive and physically demanding. Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers. Must be able to work independently and also part of a team environment. Experience, Education, and Training High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must be able to lift and carry 75lbs and also push and pull a push mower seasonally.
