Direct the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive policing, security, emergency preparedness, traffic management, threat response, and crime-prevention strategies designed to provide safe and secure learning and working environments across all district schools, facilities, programs, and events. Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and effectively to the Superintendent, Board of Trustees, executive leadership, employees, parents, students, law enforcement partners, media representatives, and members of the public.
