The attorney will handle cases related to Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianships.Qualifications<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>Licensed to practice law in Texas</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a preference for probate, estate planning, or fiduciary litigation.</li><li>Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with demonstrated courtroom experience.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged issues with professionalism and compassion.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.</li><li>Collaborative team player who is also proactive and organized.</li></ul>PayDoehring and Doerhing will pay market rate range based on probate litigation experience, plus bonus structure and commissions on deals brought in by the attorney.
