Together with AHN/AHNSSP's CEO and President and Board of Directors, the CCPO is authorized to implement all necessary actions to ensure the achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program, including but not limited to development, communication, implementation, training, and oversight of all compliance activities related to health care laws, regulations, and policies that govern AHN/AHNSSP's business. Ensures that appropriate controls and processes required to comply with federal regulators such as, but not limited to, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services; state regulators such as, but not limited to, CA's Department of Managed Health Care as well as the Department of Health Care Services; and with contracted upstream managed care plans.
