Work with partners and attorneys in collaboration with Learning & Development to identify and plan core practice-related training, including ERISA Title I, II and IV, qualified and nonqualified plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, equity compensation, 409A, 280G, M&A benefits support, and ideas for utilization of technology and different approaches to deliver an engaging training program for the practice including team training, seminars, workshops and offsite training.
