Provide practical and strategic guidance on eDiscovery legal requirements and issues to the Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement and HR Legal teams and other attorneys in the Bank’s Legal Department who handle litigations, regulatory enforcement matters and other legal proceedings globally that are or will be in discovery, with a particular focus on early case assessment, data collection scoping and strategies, data search and review strategies and technology tools, ESI and discovery protocols, and data production. You will provide legal guidance and counsel on the requirements, issues, best practices and technology solutions for all phases of the discovery process including collection and review, working with the attorneys in the Bank’s Legal Department globally who handle litigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and other legal proceedings that include discovery-related activities.
