The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with AV systems, collaboration platforms, and Microsoft Teams Rooms administration to ensure system availability, optimal audio and video performance, and seamless hybrid meeting experiences across mission support facilities, conference rooms, and campus collaboration spaces. Portal Management: Collaborate with the Microsoft Intune Administrator to manage and monitor the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal, Teams Admin Center, and third-party management platforms, including Cisco Control Hub, Crestron XiO Cloud, and Logitech Sync.
