A meaningful portion of the work is regulatory: interpreting program rules, assembling audit-ready files, and keeping every step of applicant activity aligned with HPD, HDC, DHCR, LIHTC, HOME, Section 8, and PBV requirements. 2 to 5 years of affordable housing leasing experience, with direct involvement in Housing Lottery administration, NYC Housing Connect experience strongly preferred.
