This role is designed for someone with direct experience in residential property management, especially single-family rental homes, small multifamily properties, leasing operations, tenant placement, renewals, move-ins, owner communication, resident communication, and escalation support. This person will help oversee leasing workflows, support leasing staff, improve internal processes, assist with owner and resident communication, and make sure properties do not get stuck between onboarding, maintenance, marketing, leasing, move-in, and renewal stages.
