Inspect the community throughout the day to remove debris, and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and free of litter, (including but not limited to; lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other common interior areas). Remove debris and remaining items from vacant units prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
