In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities of our property, marketing for the property, social media postings, planning and hosting resident events for the community and maintaining positive resident relations. Mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
