The role processes applications, eligibility certifications, resident files, leases, move-ins, and recertifications in accordance with applicable HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Fair Housing, regulatory, and HumanGood requirements. The position supports new construction, rehabilitation, acquisition, and other lease-up projects from pre-leasing through stabilization and performs ongoing vacancy leasing and resident recertifications as assigned.
