EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of three (3) years property management experience including lease-up experience (preferred); High School diplomarequired,and college degree preferred and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience This position requires a positive and engaging, self-motivated professional who possesses good oral communication skills and enjoys working with people. This position will maximize the property’s net operating income and otherwise facilitate optimum performance of each assigned property, which includes effectively managing personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance risk management, expense control, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
