Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of real estate documents - including retail leases, big box development leases, office leases, subleases, lease amendments, termination agreements, construction exhibits and related lease documentation - to ensure clarity, legal soundness, and terms favorable for the Company. As a key member of the legal department, this role supports diverse internal clients by delivering practical, business-oriented legal advice across multiple facets of the Company's real estate and corporate functions.
