This position conducts tours, manages prospect follow-up, processes applications and lease documents, assists residents, and supports marketing initiatives while complying with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Respond to leasing inquiries, identify prospect needs, conduct community tours, and communicate available apartments, pricing, amenities, and lease terms.
