Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of retail leasing and commercial agreements for real estate initiatives, including, leases, lease amendments, and other related documents concerning rent audits, co-tenancy, construction, store maintenance, store operations, vendor services, and landlord/tenant disputes. In this role, you will enable the company's real estate portfolio and growth strategy, advance cross-functional engagement, and support each brand's store leasing and asset management matters.
