The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for attracting and assisting prospective residents, conducting property tours, processing lease applications, and ensuring compliance with affordable housing guidelines (such as HUD, LIHTC, Section 8). Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract prospective tenants, including posting ads, managing social media platforms, and distributing promotional materials.
