Places patients in exam rooms and records vital signs, past medical history, brief history of the present illness, blood pressure, weight, completes problem list, and prepares patient for provider to see. Ability to move/lift patients in wheelchairs to exam tables, to push/pull equipment, walking, standing, crouching, stooping, and bending.
