The Facilities Manager will oversee day-to-day property and facility operations, working directly with tenants, third-party vendors, and ownership to coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, lease administration, and property reporting. Coordinate and manage repairs, general maintenance, preventive maintenance, building systems, and capital improvements across assigned commercial properties.
