The position leads PMO process improvement initiatives, develops executive portfolio reporting and performance metrics, supports portfolio governance and capacity planning, and enables data-driven decision making across Engineering, Software, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Clinical, and Product Management. The Sr Engineering PMO Lead - Operation & Analytics serves as a strategic partner to Project Management leadership and Engineering stakeholders, improving portfolio visibility, governance, resource planning, reporting, and organizational maturity across the engineering portfolio.
