You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, coordinate with vendors and contractors, manage operating budgets, and work closely with our asset management and accounting teams to keep properties running well and performing to plan. The firm acquires, develops, and manages industrial assets, including warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities, across the Chicago/Kenosha, Dallas, Indianapolis, and Ohio markets.
