Depending upon their level of experience, candidates should exhibit either potential for or evidence of excellence in teaching, a demonstrated ability or promising potential to successfully mentor and advise a wide range of students, and a demonstrated ability or potential to be a conscientious law school and university community member. The search is broad and not limited to particular subjects, but we have especially strong teaching needs in American Indian Law, Contracts, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure (both Investigatory and Adjudicatory), Evidence, Islamic Law, Professional Responsibility, Property, LGBTQ+ Rights and the Law, and Trust and Estates.
