You will operate as the connective tissue between brokers, sellers, lenders, equity partners, and counsel on one side, and Rex’s acquisitions, capital formation, asset management, and property management teams on the other, keeping every party aligned and every critical date protected. Rex is hiring a Director of Acquisitions & Transactions to translate a capitalized, actively buying platform into a steady cadence of well-sourced, well-structured, and cleanly closed multifamily transactions.
