This visible role will work with the members of TJX’s Legal Department and others across the TJX global organization functions, including Finance and Human Resources, to support a variety of topics, which may include: Meticulous entity recordkeeping for our domestic and foreign subsidiaries in a range of jurisdictions. The position will be responsible for supporting a wide range of legal and governance matters, including maintenance of subsidiary records, supporting Board and Committee processes, market and legal research, and ongoing and project-based work as business needs arise.
