Under the leadership of the Vice Chair and Co-Chairs of Anesthesiology, the Director will: Lead routine administrative and clinical functions for the Pediatric Anesthesiology section, including oversight of clinical services, quality and safety, patient experience, personnel, scheduling, and productivity. The role focuses on aligning section activities with departmental and institutional goals, ensuring high-quality and safe pediatric perioperative care, advancing operating room (OR) efficiency, and coordinating care across pediatric surgical and procedural services.
