Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Build all events in the Archtics database for our premium membership program while working closely with Ticketing Leadership.</li><li>Manage Ticketing team members, including full-time and part-time staff including hiring, training, developing, and managing performance. </li><li>Serve as a strategic partner to the Premium Sales & Services Department by managing season renewals, member presales, including setting up Account Manager for sales to our premium ticket members.</li><li>Manage process for premium tickets for all suites, club seats, and loge boxes. </li><li>Import seats and invoice suite holders, off manifest inventory, and reserved seat club members.</li><li>Build various pricing for premium members including but not limited to; parking, individual pricing for suite rentals, member pricing, loge boxes, etc.</li><li>Event day duties for assigned events may include supporting box office, working with clients on suite level, troubleshooting ticket issues, etc.</li><li>Build out process and tickets for guest passes for suite members.  </li><li>Build out process for transitioning ROFR member tickets during renewal years.</li><li>Report on individual event-by-event revenue for financial reconciliation.</li><li>Develop and maintain excellent client relationships while meeting and exceeding client service level agreements.</li><li>Submit events to Ticketmaster for programming as needed; manage all inventory requirements, special offers and programs on behalf of venue and promoter.</li><li>Ensure the venue is maximizing its use of Ticketmaster Products and Services.</li><li>Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify the root cause of issues including the research of client/customer complaints about service levels.</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.</li><li>Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs.</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Programming, The Director of Ticketing will provide leadership and direction of the Ticketing Department. The Director of Ticketing will create and oversee all concert and event ticketing operations (excluding University of Texas basketball games) for Moody Center. This candidate will be a driven, self-starter who works well without significant oversight. This candidate will interface with LiveNation® and Ticketmaster® to create and manage a one-of-a-kind ticketing system and process. The Director of Ticketing will ensure that the Ticketing Team operates within the scope of generally accepted ticket operations standards and practices. This role will oversee all ticket distribution and will hire, train, supervise and manage the ticket office staff. This role pays an annual salary of $90,000-$100,000 and is bonus eligible. Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). This position will remain open until June 26, 2026.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Ensure that an accurate building manifest for new venue is created in ticketing system.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Oversee builds for all arena events in Ticketmaster and manage all necessary holds for approximately 80 concerts/entertainment events and 45 community/rental events each year.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Develop and maintain relationships with promoters and their respective ticketing personnel.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Assist in the preparing, implementing and controlling all aspects of season ticket renewals, pricing, incoming payments and payment plans.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Manage relationships with third-party vendors.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Develop accurate and insightful reports on ticket sales and services as requested.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Support and aid in the hiring, managing, and training of ticket office staff.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Act as lead in software, including training for staff, and actively seeking out knowledge in all software in order to be the team expert in technology as it relates to the ticket office and ticketing.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Ensure the team is adhering to all PCI Compliance standards.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Work as the main facilitator for reconciliations with the finance department.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Communicate openly with Premium Sales department on all aspects of ticket operations.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Ensure supplies necessary are available for ticket operations (ticket stock, season tickets, forms, envelopes, etc.).</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Oversee and provide enhancements to box office protocol.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Act as one of the primary Manger on Duty at assigned events held at arena.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in related field or a combination of related education and work experience.</li><li>5-7+ years of entertainment ticketing experience. Experience with large-scale events in a concert setting at an arena (15,000+), stadium, or similar is preferred.</li><li>Experience with the Ticketmaster suite of products is required, including Host, Archtics (as a super user), TM1, TM Entry, and mobile technology.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience managing a team.</li><li>Ability to lead with a team mentality that inspires and energizes staff to do their best while feeling supported.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office with Salesforce or similar CRM experience.</li><li>Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.</li><li>Skilled in conflict resolution.</li><li>Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders with a positive attitude, professionalism, resourcefulness, and integrity.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>
