The Associate Director works across Case Insights and with Sales, Client Services, Operations, Managed Review, Advanced Technologies, and Information Technology, while overseeing team members as needed to balance workloads, maintain quality, and meet deadlines across multiple concurrent matters. The Associate Director applies critical thinking to ambiguous problems, directs the responsible use of generative AI and other technologies, and designs effective prompting strategies to improve research, analysis, and client deliverables.
