This position will also be responsible for working with the Faculty and Staff of the assigned locations that utilize remote monitoring of cardiac devices to ensure proper follow up of the devices, tracking of all transmissions, follow ups via third party reports or individually created (billable) reports, checking patient insurance through Experian, maintenance of the medical record, creation of visits in either ECW, EPIC or Patient Keeper and charge inputs & batching through IDX.
