As New Hampshire's only Level 1 Trauma Center, our 33-bed ED provides care for approximately 31K patients each year, from neonates through older adults, with a wide range of emergency, urgent, and non-urgent needs. Performs and documents focused nursing assessments of assigned patients, including but not limited to vital signs, assessment of pain, skin and wound assessment, functional status assessment, assessment of drains and ostomies, assessment of fluid balance, assessment of nutritional status.
