Jordan Health is now seeking a LPN Lead who, under the guidance of the Practice Manager, is primarily responsible for providing high quality patient care and oversees both the clinical operations and administrative coordination in order to ensure a steady workflow, uninterrupted service and maximization of patient satisfaction in a family medicine setting. As one of the first 5 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) established in the nation, its roots are steeped in service to those who face barriers to health and health care, meeting their need for comprehensive medical, dentistry, behavioral health, and community services.
