Assigned tasks may include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications in-office, initiating/discontinuing IV fluids, performing point of care lab testing, assisting with procedures and triaging patient phone calls. Provides general nursing services to patients under the supervision of a physician or other licensed provider within the scope of practice for the LPN.Performs clinical skills, such as phlebotomy, EKGs, point of care testing and medication administration.
