Teaching Artist Assistant (TAA) – 21st Century Community Learning Centers (Before-School, After-School & Summer Programs) The 21st CCLC Lead Teaching Artist Assistant (TAA) provides direct support to actively participating students in before- school, after-school, and summer programming, assisting in the implementation of academic and enrichment activities aligned with the approved 21st CCLC grant plan, school-day learning objectives, and program performance goals. The Teaching Artist Assistant reports to the Site Coordinator and works collaboratively with Site Coordinators, teachers,instructional staff, enrichment partners, and school personnel to support high-quality program delivery and student engagement.
